1-room-apartments

Our 1-room apartments are between 30 to 50 m² in size with one bedroom, which is spatially connected with an open kitchen and the living and dining area. Each apartment has a separate bathroom. The monthly all-inclusive rent starts at €1,120, depending on the type of flat and number of people, with a minimum rental period of 6 months.

We aim to provide a high-quality service and therefore attach importance to long-term tenancies with a minimum stay of 6 months.

Our team will clean your flat once a month free of charge, or more often and with a change of linen on request and at extra cost.

In selected apartments pets are welcome on request for an extra charge.

Sustainable

All flats are supplied with green electricity, green gas and/or district heating. We attach great importance to sustainability certificates when selecting our textiles.
