The size of our 2-room apartments varies from 50 to 90 m², each with a separate bedroom from the living, kitchen and dining area. Some of the apartments have balconies and spacious kitchens open to the living and dining area. The monthly flat rent (inclusive of utility costs) for this type of apartment ranges from €1,200 to €3,200.

Our apartments have WLAN network and Smart TV between min. 50 MBit/s till 200 MBit/s.

Something in the apartment does not work anymore? No problem! Our maintenance support will come by and address the issue.

Minimum rental period

We aim to provide a high-quality service and therefore attach importance to long-term tenancies with a minimum stay of 6 months.

Cleaning service

Our team will clean your flat once a month free of charge, more often if you wish with extra charge, and with a change of linen.

Dog and Cat

In selected apartments pets are welcome on request for an extra charge.

Smoke free

Smoking is not allowed in our apartments, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or outside in the garden or courtyard.

Fitness

Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with our Figgrs® handy fitness exercise cards with suitable equipment.
