Boysen & Jordan GmbH specialises in the rental and management of high-quality furnished 1 to 4-room flats ranging between 30 and 130 m² in prime central locations including laundry and cleaning services, TV, internet and utility costs.
For more than 30 years we have been expanding and developing the most beautiful accommodation in Hannover’s city centre to accommodate our tenants for a minimum rental period of 6 months.

Are you interested in a specific flat or do you need several furnished flats at the same time for yourself and/or your employees? Then please feel free to contact us. After reviewing your requirements and wishes, we will present the options available.
A personal viewing appointment of the rental property can be arranged. We will also create a digital pre-selection of properties for you in advance of viewing.
Reservation by E-Mail is possible. On satisfactory review of your documents, we will prepare the rental contract. If required, the rental contract can be prepared in several languages. On completion of documentation, the flat will be transferred to you and we will look after you on-site for the duration of the rental period.
If required a „certificate of accommodation“ for registration can be provided in Hannover.

Prime location – Hannover’s old town “Altstadt”
Hannover’s Old Town is located in the heart of the city center, surrounded by old churches, historic squares and romantic half-timbered houses. Not far away, the Leine River winds its way along the Leineschloss, today’s seat of the Lower Saxony Parliament, formerly the residence of the Hanoverian royal family. The “Altstadt” invites its visitors and residents to linger in numerous cafés, small boutiques and a selection of good restaurants.
The „Altstadt“ is very well connected to the public transport network. In just 10 minutes walk you can easily reach the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) passing all the stores of daily needs on the way. Thanks to the parking garage in the „Altstadt“ as well as private and public parking spaces, parking for private cars can also be found on the outskirts of the pedestrian zone.
In summer there is an idyllic relaxed atmosphere in the historic core of the city with soft background music and delicious outdoor gastronomy.

View your selection – virtually or on site. After you have made your decision, we will prepare all the necessary documents for rental and hand over of the apartment.

After you have moved in, we will support you with our services, rental contract and answer your questions concerning your apartment for the duration of the rental period. We would be very pleased should you recommend us to others in the future.
